Meeting, Community and Study rooms
Otis Library has four meeting spaces available for public use. The Community Room, located on the second floor, has a maximum capacity of 128; the adjacent Meeting Room seats 18 comfortably around a square configuration of tables. Two Study Rooms, located on the first floor, are also available. Each room seats 4 comfortably.
The Community Room and Meeting Room are available to nonprofit organizations and community groups for meetings or programs that are cultural, educational, recreational or civic in nature. Certain restrictions apply. Click the buttons below to review the room use policy and fill out the online application form. The Study Rooms may be reserved by calling the Front Desk at (860) 889-2365, ext. 100.
