Meeting and Community Rooms

The Otis Library has two meeting spaces available for public use. The Community Room, located on the second floor, has a maximum capacity of 128; the adjacent Meeting Room seats 18 comfortably around an extended conference table. These rooms are available to nonprofit organizations and community groups for meetings or programs that are cultural, educational, recreational or civic in nature.

To reserve one of the rooms, please contact Cathy Special, at (860) 889-2365, ext. 125. There are certain restrictions for the use of these rooms. Upon requesting a reservation you will receive a copy of the policy on the use of these rooms and an application form. The application form is to be completed by the contact person for your organization.

Two Study Rooms, located in the first floor adult stacks are also available. Each room seats 4 comfortably. To reserve the Study Rooms, call the Reference Department at (860) 889-2365, ext. 108.
