Our commitment to enhancing the quality of life in Norwich is demonstrated every time we host a children’s story hour, add a “red hot read” to our shelves, provide training for our state-of-the-art technology, or promote an exhibit in our community room. We realize an accessible, stimulating library program creates an energizing community center that allows for relationship building, economic growth, personal exploration, educational partnership and cultural awareness.
