Robert Farwell, Executive Director of Otis Library , presents a discussion on the history of eugenics and its link to the Norwich State Hospital.  Eugenics, the attempt to improve the human species through better breeding, was a widespread and popular movement in the United States and Europe between 1910 and 1940. No registration required.  Free and open to the public.
