Can I get a library card?

Yes! If you are a Norwich resident, you may come in and register for an Otis Library card. Please bring in a photo ID with your current Norwich address. If your photo ID does not have your current Norwich address, please bring an official piece of mail (i.e., from bank, utility, rent receipt, etc.) that has your name and your current Norwich address as well as your photo ID. If you had a card but lost it, please bring in current, valid identification and we will replace your lost card for $1.

We welcome non-Norwich residents to Otis Library. However, to check out materials you must have a valid library card from your hometown library. Once you have a library card from your hometown, you may use that card at any public library in the state!
